Our Federation Charter
Article 1
Purposes of the NO Federation of America are:
- To unify and empower all Americans who will resist the demands by political forces to surrender our rights and liberties.
- To educate and inform all Americans of the devastating consequences of citizens losing the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, the cornerstone of our constitution.
- To bring to light the attacks and restraints on those rights by the government and other bad actors.
- To establish and maintain state chapters to ensure the growth of membership, and to keep a continued connections with relevant information to all NOFA members who want to take an active role to protect our Constitutional Rights.
- To defend all rights through concerted resistance to any confiscations of firearms or civil liberties in any forms.
Article 2
The Federation and its members, in pursuit of the purposes stated, shall act in accordance with the following principles:
- Every Member must maintain their means of defense, personally and in times of foreign and domestic aggression;
- The Federation is based on the sovereign equality of all its members;
Article 3
Membership is to be limited exclusively to those at or above the age of 18, who are active residents of the United States of America, and her allies. Membership dues are paid annually by each NOF member in order to ensure equal rights and benefits resulting from membership.
Article 4
All NOFA members are expected to conduct themselves to the highest standards of honor and to respect the American Flag, US Military and local Law Enforcement. All membership applicants are subject to background checks as necessary.
Article 5
Membership may be suspended at such a time as it is demonstrated that the member has interests in conflict with the purposes of this Federation, or if they have been lawfully convicted as a felon in the United States of America.
Article 6
The Management will determine in the interest of the Federation to remove any member that is found suspect as defined in Article 5.
Article 7
States are established as the principal territories of the NOFA. Each state will have 150 members of the house of Representatives. One representative will be voted chairman and will reside over the meetings. One representative will be voted vice chairman and will reside over meetings in absence of the chairman.
Article 8
The Federation shall place no restriction on the eligibility of male and female members to participate in any capacity under conditions of equality in its principal and subsidiary divisions.
Article 9
Representatives of each State, designated by the State’s Chapter to serve In the House of Representatives must be a member of the Federation for at least three Months will be subject to background checks to establish fitness for the position. Representatives will serve an annual term, pending re-appointment by their Chapters.
Article 10
State Representatives may discuss any questions on any matters within the scope of the present Charter or relating to the powers and functions of any divisions provided for in the present Charter and, except as provided in Article 12, may make recommendations to the NOFA Board on any such questions or matters;
Article 11
State Representatives may consider the general principles of cooperation in maintaining national peace and security, including regulations of protest and events to secure non violence. Any such question on which action is necessary shall be referred to the NOFA by the State Representatives; State Representatives may call situations which are likely to endanger the national peace and security to the attention of the House.
Article 12
Where the NOFA is executing the functions assigned to it under the present Charter the State Representatives shall make no recommendation with regards to the management unless so requested by the NO Federation. The President of the Federation shall notify the State Representatives of each session regarding any matters relating to the maintenance of national peace and security which may be under discussion in the House Of Representatives.
Article 13
The State Representatives shall initiate studies and make recommendations for the purpose of promoting national cooperation between the states for the purposes of solidifying and protecting all rights granted by the Constitution of the United States.
Article 14
Subject to the provisions of Article 12, the State Representatives may recommend measures for the peaceful adjustment of any situation, regardless of origin, which it deems likely to impair the general welfare of the American people. State Representatives will continue friendly relations between the ruling political parties including situations resulting from violations of the Bill Of Rights and the Constitution as a whole. State Representatives may recommend new ideas setting forth the purposes and principles of the NO Federation;
Article 15
The President of the Federation shall receive and consider regular and special reports from the House Of Representatives which shall include an account of the measures that the states have decided upon or action taken to maintain national peace and security.
Article 16
The NO Federation is a for-profit LLC Corporation with primary functions of management that include but are not limited to: planning, leading, setting strategic goals, membership enrollment, increase efficiency and effectiveness, manage finances, and manage and control NOF business and day-to-day operations
Article 17
NOF management are to work with local public officials to bridge information and build dialogue to discuss and resolve concerns regarding peace and rights as necessary.
Article 18
Each State Representatives shall have one (1) vote.
Article 19
The State Representatives shall meet in regular quarterly sessions and in such special sessions as occasion may require. Special sessions shall be called by the chairman at the request of Representatives or the President of the Federation or of a majority of the members of the Federation.
Article 20
The States shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall elect a Chairman for each session.
Article 21
The States may establish such subsidiary divisions as it deems necessary for the performance of its functions and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Federation as a whole.
Article 22
State Chapters are to be created upon a member count of 150 members or more, and once proper dues have been paid. The State shall be headed by a council of three representatives for each state county/parish with 150 or more members, as well as a chairman that is elected by those representatives to maintain the schedule and preside over proceedings.
